A Flooring Team Focused on Preparation and Performance

We build epoxy flooring and concrete surfaces around real conditions and daily use.

We started our business in 2020 with a clear goal: to provide flooring services that address surface conditions correctly and deliver results that last through daily use. Serving Cleveland, OH, and surrounding communities, we work with residential and commercial clients who need floors installed with preparation, planning, and clear communication.

Our work centers on epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, and surface preparation. Many flooring issues begin below the surface, including moisture intrusion, uneven slabs, and damaged concrete. We focus on identifying and addressing those issues before coatings or finishes are applied. By combining grinding, repairs, leveling, and installation into one process, we help reduce rework and future disruptions.

Owner John Watts brings hands-on experience and leadership to every project. Outside of flooring, he serves as president of Pop Warner football and has led teams to six national championships. That leadership background influences how we operate, showing up prepared, following a clear plan, and holding ourselves accountable to the outcome.

We work on garages, basements, interior concrete spaces, and commercial facilities where performance and maintenance matter. Some clients start with a single space and later continue into other areas, tying together concrete floors, epoxy systems, and resin surfaces throughout the property.

Our approach is straightforward. We explain the process, outline timelines, and install flooring systems based on how the space will be used. From residential projects to commercial environments, our focus remains the same: preparation, execution, and results that support daily activity.
